Our inviting and professional environment spans over two large 800sqm floors, with an additional budget-friendly basement level for those just starting out.

David Nasrawi
Director
David is an innovative entrepreneur with a solid business foundation in both Australia and the US. He is extremely passionate about our Co-Working space and the industry, with a love for creating a place for other businesses to flourish and thrive.
Kristy Nasrawi
General Manager
Kristy is an experienced manager and is our all rounder! She is always thinking of ways to improve our services and is always very positive.

Our concierge team is the heartbeat of our community, ensuring that our tenants have everything they need to succeed in their business ventures. They are always available to assist with any queries, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth operation of our co-working space. Our concierge team understands the needs of our tenants and is dedicated to providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Whether it's providing support with office suites or making sure the coffee machine is always fully stocked, our team is always on hand to help.
Chloé
Office Manager & Concierge
Chloé has been part of our Spot Team since November 2022. She has finished studying her Bachelor of Design (Communication Design) at the Uni of SA.
Outside of work, Chloé is passionate about 4-wheel driving in my Suzuki Jimny and spending quality time with her two dogs, Rusty (Groodle) and Kimba (Kelpie). When Chloé has a break from working, she goes camping and 4WDing around Australia in her Suzuki Jimny!”
Bethan
Concierge
Bethan has been part of our Spot Team since February 2024. She is currently studying a Diploma of Nutrition and Certificate Four in Personal Training.
Bethan loves playing musical instruments like the piano and guitar during her free time. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and cooking delicious meals to share with them.
Millie
Concierge
Millie has been part of our Spot Team since February 2023. She is currently studying a double degree of Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Computer Science at the University of Adelaide.
Millie loves to spend her free time playing the piano or relaxing with a good book. When she gets the chance, she loves to go for a trip to her family farm located at Bangor, mainly to see all the pets!
Emily
Concierge
Emily has been part of our Spot Team since February 2025. She works as a freelance graphic designer and musician, playing at many local Adelaide venues.
Being a music lover, she loves going to local gigs as well as travelling for the occasional interstate concert. In her spare time, she also enjoys seeing friends and family, thrifting and enjoying good coffee or delicious food.
